Great Sleeping Pill

It worked OK for me
I too have tried a lot of sleeping pills. None have really impressed me. AmbeSleep is in the top 3 for sure. I like Ambien and Lunexor better - they are more powerful. When I am in regular sleeping patterns (my regular sleeping patters, stil messed up), AmbeSleep would be perfect. But for the times I really suffer from insomnia, I take Lunexor or my prescription Ambien. I have no regrets and will still use AmbeSleep, but not on the night of my extreme sleeping probs.

Ambisleep is part of my daily routine. At 10:30 every night, right before Jay Leno starts, I take 3 Ambisleep pills. It didn't do a thing for me!
